The BIPOC Outdoor Collective’s founder Renee Maisonet was recently interviewed by Live 5 Voices in Charleston, SC, in the days leading up to the city’s annual Southeastern Wildlife Expo (SEWE). Talking with reporter Shelbey Roberts, Renee discusses how the BOC works to make conservation and outdoor recreation more welcoming and accessible to all. 

Chef Marcus Shell was also interviewed, talking about how food can showcase heritage and bring people together.
