OUR MISSION

The mission of The BIPOC Outdoor Collective (The BOC) is to collaborate with outdoor organizations of color to E-RACE barriers to the outdoors, by focusing on five core precepts:

Equity, Recreation, Advocacy, Conservation, and Education

Conservation Through Recreation

We exist to fill a gap in the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) community. By using collective resources to facilitate programatic, recreational and environmental work in communities of color. We bring together various outdoor and environmental groups and individuals to have a greater impact on conseravation work and practices which directly impact communities of color and society.
